Dena Johnson
Dena is joining the Primary South classroom after five years of working in the Primary Afterschool Program. Dena is currently taking Montessori Primary training through the Montessori Worldwide Teacher Education Program in Tucson and is looking forward to utilizing her Montessori training in assisting Primary South students.
Dena first began working with primary age children in 1989. She joined the Khalsa Montessori Primary Afterschool program in 2006. Dena graduated from Upson High School in Thomaston, Georgia and then attended NAU in general studies. Dena is an artist, puppeteer, and mother with a daughter in the Khalsa Montessori Upper Elementary program.
