What Others Say About Khalsa Montessori School

Khalsa School has been a very important part of my life for the last 10 years. I began at the Primary School when I was just three years old. I started learning by simply stacking pink blocks one on top of the other in Susan's class. That turned into counting beads, and then into adding and subtracting them. And soon, I could multiply and divide with the golden beads.

Slowly over the years, I became able to do the math in my head, and it grew more complicated and as the years passed, until I was able to do the Algebra that I have been working on this year in Middle School. That is the magic of Khalsa. For a child to be able to start learning so many things at such a young age and excel in all of it. I was very blessed with the opportunity to attend Khalsa and learn here for so many years.

All of the math, reading, writing and everything else that I learned at Khalsa is important, but by far the most important thing that I learned was tolerance and acceptance. Through Khalsa and all of the wonderful people that I have met here, I have learned how to respect every person that I meet, no matter our differences or similarities. I am sure that without my experiences at Khalsa, I would not be able to say that.

I would like to thank my friends, my teachers and the whole Khalsa family that has contributed to my amazing experience here. Many of the friends that I made when I was just three, are still cherished people in my life. And since then, more people have come to Khalsa and become part of my life. I am incredible thankful for all of them. They have made my time here all the more enjoyable .

And what would Khalsa be without all of their wonderful teachers and the rest of the faculty? I would like to thank all of my teachers over the last decade for doing their part to sculpt me into the person I am as a graduate today. So thank you Satwant, Susan, Jaswant and Karen for teaching me so much.

Khalsa has been everything to me for the majority of my life. It is impossible to imagine what my life would be like had I not come to Khalsa. I will never forget anything or anyone that has impacted my life through this school. Khalsa has been great to me, and it is sad to leave, but I am completely confident that Khalsa has fully prepared me for high school and whatever follows in my journey.
